    Partial Planning is the perfect service to have some additional support for the rest of the way, beginning 4 months before the celebration.

      • Unlimited communication access by email or text

      • Management of vendor communication, deadlines, certificates of insurance and special requests

      • Wedding day timeline and floor plan development

      • Menu design

      • Venue Walk-Through

      • Final details and timeline with couple and selected vendors information

      • Ceremony rehearsal

      • Day-of management, personal decor set up & breakdown

  • Ideal for clients who want have done all of the planning and want to enjoy the day with friends and family stress free.

    • Support Provided:

      • Detailed questionnaire to assess completed plans and wedding day information

      • Wedding Day Timeline Finalization with completed plans and selected vendors information 4-6 weeks out

      • Ceremony Rehearsal

      • Day-Of Personal Decor Set Up & Breakdown

      • Unlimited communication by email or text

  • Private Dinner Coordination is a specialty service for clients who are hosting an intimate gathering of friends and/or family for any occasion or celebration.

    • Support Provided:

      • Menu Design

      • Table Decor & Florals

      • Place cards

      • Room decor {balloons, lights, arches, signage etc.}

      • Service staff- applicable for private dinners in homes or venues where outside catering is provided.
